Educators are the heart of the learning experience, navigating daily joys and challenges and having a profound influence, often silently, that keep students, schools and districts strong.
We must ensure that the voices of educators are heard loud and clear so that, as a community dedicated to improving learning outcomes, we can support teachers with the resources they need for success. That’s why, this spring, we surveyed 1,000+ classroom teachers, and school and district administrators nationwide as part of our inaugural Educator Confidence Report. The survey, which will be conducted annually, was designed to measure educator sentiment by taking a snapshot of the opportunities, challenges and changes on teachers’ minds today.
From technology use, family engagement and the out of pocket costs associated with running a classroom to views on long-term professional prospects, we asked it all. Survey respondents included educators and administrators from all 50 states with a wide range of teaching experience and at a variety of grade levels.
