He has 20 years of experience in education, including teaching, product development, product management, and marketing. Previously, he was an instructional designer for HMH and for Scholastic, and before that, a high school math teacher. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and has appeared as a math expert in videos from HMH.
