Registration for MSC 2027 includes:
- Four days of highly engaging and relevant professional learning.
- Three powerful keynote presentations.
- Over 100 sessions to choose from.
- Morning coffee, daily beverages and lunch.
Team discounts: It takes more than one person to take in everything at MSC! Bring your team so everyone can share what they’ve learned. Discounts apply to early bird and advanced registration for the main conference only.
Early Bird Rates: To qualify for early bird rates, registration and payment must be received by the published early bird deadline. Registrations that remain unpaid after the early bird deadline will be adjusted to the current registration rate.

Payments
Credit card: We accept payments online with all major credit cards.
Check payments by mail: Payments by check cannot be accepted for groups less than 15. Check payment instructions, including the mailing address, will be provided during the group registration request process if approved.
Purchase orders: Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment.

When is payment due?
Payment must be received within 30 days from the date of registration or by June 18, whichever comes first. Once payment is received, your registration will be finalized. Registrations with outstanding balances after 30 days will be cancelled. Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment.
Early bird pricing: To qualify for early bird rates, payment must be received by the published early bird deadline. Registrations that remain unpaid after the early bird deadline will be adjusted to the current registration rate.

What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations received up to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time Zone on May 3, 2027, will receive a 100% refund
- Cancellations received between May 4, 2027, and June 2, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time Zone will be charged a $599 cancellation fee and refunded the remaining amount
- Cancellations after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time Zone on June 2, 2027, and no shows, will not be issued refunds
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of refunds via your original form of payment

**Registration, attendance, and participation in Model Schools Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to The Center for Model Schools' use and distribution of the registrant’s or attendee’s image and voice in photographs (both now and in the future) in any media including, without limitation, The Center for Model Schools and HMH websites and print materials, videotapes, and/or audiotapes.
